Overview

SPDMV (Py-ds-dmBut-OSu) is a cleavable linker with a pyridine ring, disulfide bond, and 4-methyl group, used in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for targeted drug delivery. It allows controlled drug release under reducing conditions.
