Overview

Bromoacetamido-PEG12-TFP ester is a bifunctional PEG linker comprised of bromoacetamido that is a good leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reactions, while the TFP ester reacts with primary amines and is more hydrolysis-resistant than NHS ester.
