Overview

TO-TAP-1 is a green fluorescent, cell-impermeant dye that selectively binds dsDNA, remaining nonfluorescent until bound. It provides a bright signal with low background, ideal for nucleic acid staining on microarrays, nuclear counterstaining, multicolor labeling, and long-term viability and dead cell detection in cultures.
