DBCO-STP Ester

Overview

DBCO-STP Ester is an amine-reactive, water-soluble labeling reagent, including a DBCO group for click reactions with azide groups on target molecules and an STP ester group, which can react with primary amines, forming covalent amide bonds. STP esters typically display much better stability toward hydrolysis in aqueous media, resulting in more efficiency and better reproducible labeling of biopolymers.
