Overview

Alkyne-PEG4-hydrazide is a PEG linker comprised of a hydrazide group to react with aldehydes to form semi-permanent hydrazone bonds and an alkyne for copper-catalyzed click chemistry reactions with azides. Hydrophilicity of the compound is bolstered via the PEG4 units.
