Overview

Mal-PEG4-bis-PEG4-alkyne is a branched PEG linker composed of a maleimide moiety to react with cysteines and two alkyne moieties to react with azide-containing molecules. The PEG chains improve the compound's aqueous solubility. Branched linkers allow for more payload attachment to ADC.
