Duostatin 5

Overview

Duostatin 5 is an ADC cytotoxin designed based on MMAF and can be used to synthesize ADCs. Duostatin 5 is a click chemistry reagent. It contains an azide group and can undergo CuAAc with molecules containing SPAAC with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
