Sulfo-Cy7.5 carboxylic acid

Overview

Sulfo-Cy7.5 carboxylic acid is a near infrared, sulfonated cyanine dye with rigidized trimethylene chain and a terminal carboxylic acid group. It is structurally very similar to indocyanine green dye and posesses an improved quantum yield because of its rigidized structure. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups to form a stable amide bond.
