Overview

BODi-3 is a orange fluorescent carbocyanine dimeric dye. BODi-3 is a cell-impermeant nucleic acid stain that is nonfluorescent in the absence of nucleic acids but exhibits a multiple fluorescence enhancement upon binding to dsDNA.
