Overview

Pomalidomide-CO-C5-Br is a PROTAC linker featuring a pomalidomide, an aliphatic spacer, and a bromide. Thalidomide is a ligand for E3 ligase, which ubiquitinylates proteins, thus committing their fate to proteolytic destruction. Meanwhile, the bromide is easily displaced in substitution reactions.
