Overview

TR-X-carboxylic acid, 5-isomer (CAS 199745-67-0), is a sulfonated analog of ROX dye with red emission. It features an aminohexanoic acid linker to prevent undesired interactions. This non-reactive form is useful as a reference standard and can react with amines, hydrazines, and hydroxylamines after activation by carbodiimides like EDAC.
