Overview

Thalidomide-O-acetamido-C5-amine, HCl salt is a PROTAC linker featuring a thalidomide, an aliphatic spacer, and a primary amine. Thalidomide is a ligand for E3 ligase, which ubiquitinylates proteins to commmit them for proteolytic destruction. Meanwhile, the amine may be used in a number of reactions for further derivitization.
