Overview

NT1-O12B is a neurotransmitter-derived lipidoid (NT-lipidoid) that enhances brain delivery of BBB-impermeable cargos. When incorporated into lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), it enables BBB crossing and facilitates targeted cargo delivery into neurons for gene silencing or recombination.
