Overview

Amino-PEG4-bis-PEG3-azide constitutes a branched PEG linker containing an amino group to react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde), etc., and two terminal azides to react with DBCO, BCN, alkynes via click chemistry. The PEG spacers bolster aqueous solubility. Branched linkers allow for more payload attachment to ADC.
