ARD-266

Overview

ARD-266 is a highly effective PROTAC degrader targeting the Androgen Receptor (AR) through von Hippel-Lindau E3 ligase. This compound facilitates the degradation of AR protein in AR-positive prostate cancer cell lines such as LNCaP, VCaP, and 22Rv1. Featuring an alkyne functional group, ARD-266 also is a click chemistry reagent, enabling it to participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) reactions with azide-containing molecules.
