Mal-PEG4-(PEG3-DBCO)-(PEG3-TCO)

Overview

Mal-PEG4-(PEG3-DBCO)-(PEG3-TCO) is a branched PEG linker with a cysteine-conjugating maleimide moiety, a DBCO for reacting with azides, and TCO for efficiently reacting with tetrazines. Water solubility is bolstered via the PEG spacers. Branched linkers allow for more payload attachment to ADC.
