Overview

CP5V is a PROTAC that incorporates ligands for von Hippel-Lindau and CDK, enabling the targeted degradation of Cdc20. By linking Cdc20 to the VHL/VBC complex, CP5V facilitates its ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation. This mechanism leads to mitotic inhibition and reduces cancer cell proliferation.
