Overview

Lipid DIM1 is an ionizable lipid used in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for mRNA delivery. LNPs with DIM1 and luciferase mRNA induce luminescence in primary mouse adipose stem cells (ASCs), showcasing effective mRNA delivery in vitro.
