Overview

DBCO-PEG3-Acid is a PEG linker with a DBCO moiety for click chemistry reactions with azide-bearing molecules. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g., EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond. Solubility in aqueous media is bolstered via the PEG3 linker.
