Sulfo-Cy3.5 NHS ester is a fluorescent dye with absorption and emission intermediate between Cyanine3 and Cyanine5. The NHS ester can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules.
