Cy7.5 azide

Overview

Cy7.5 azide is a water soluble fluorescent dye with a terminal azide group. Cy7.5 azide has a significantly improved fluorescence quantum yield compared to indocyanine green fluorophores due to the rugged polymethine chain reinforced with trimethylene bridge. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage.
