Boc-PEG6-Val-Cit-PAB-OH

Overview

Boc-PEG6-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is an enzyme-cleavable ADC linker intermediate featuring a Boc-protected amine, a hydrophilic PEG spacer, and a Val-Cit-PAB dipeptide. The PAB group features a free benzylic alcohol which may be used to link to a drug payload. The Boc protecting group may be removed with acid to release a primary amine which can be used for further conjugation. The Val-Cit-PAB is cleaved by cellular proteases for efficient release of payloads to the cell.
