Overview

Azido-PEG12-TFP ester represents a heterobifunctional PEG linker containing an azido group that reacts with alkynes, DBCO, and BCN via copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry, while the TFP ester reacts with primary amines and is more hydrolysis-resistant than NHS ester.
