Overview

MS177 is an efficient EZH2 degrader designed as a PROTAC, comprising a CRBN ligand, a linker, and a potent EZH2 inhibitor. This compound effectively targets both canonical EZH2–PRC2 and noncanonical EZH2–cMyc complexes, leading to significant inhibition of cell growth and induction of apoptosis in leukemia cells, as well as arresting cell cycle progression.
