BDP 576/589 NHS ester

Overview

BDP® 576/589 NHS ester is a boron dipyrromethene dye with high quantum yield and a long excited-state lifetime of about 5 nanoseconds. It reacts with primary and secondary amines for efficient labeling of proteins, peptides, and other biomolecules. Ideal for fluorescence lifetime measurements, polarization studies, and two-photon laser scanning microscopy.
