N-Propargylmaleimide

Overview

N-Propargylmaleimide efficiently adds a terminal alkyne group to antibodies, cysteine-containing peptides, or other thiol-containing molecules. The maleimide group specifically reacts with reduced thiols at pH 6.5-7.5, forming stable thioether bonds. The short spacer arm minimizes added mass. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
