Overview

80-O18 is an ionizable cationic lipid utilized in the development of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for in vitro applications. LNPs containing 80-O18 and a Cre-GFP fusion protein tagged with assay-specific chloroalkane tags demonstrate high cellular uptake and functional delivery in reporter assays with HeLa-DsRed cells. Additionally, these LNPs achieve effective cytosolic delivery in a chloroalkane penetration assay (CAPA) using HeLa-HGM cells.
