NAD-hexylamine

Overview

NAD-hexylamine (N6-(6-Aminohexyl)carbamoylmethyl-Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) has a primary amino group attached to the terminal of an aliphatic chain. This modification allows diverse functionalization of NAD as a tool for understanding the biological pathways in which it is involved. The molecule can also be attached to solid surface for isolation of functional biomolecules or detection/sensing purposes.
