Overview

DusQ 2 is a black quencher dye for the synthesis of dual-labeled oligonucleotide probes for qPCR bearing 5'-quencher. This quencher is ideal for HEX, JOE, ROX, Cyanine5, and other dyes with emissions in the orange and red parts of the spectrum.
