Overview

Azido-PEG8-TFP ester represents a bifunctional PEG linker consisting of an azido group for copper-catalyzed click chemistry with linear alkynes and a TFP ester, which is less reactive but more stable than an NHS ester when interacting with amine-containing biomolecules. The PEG8 linker enhances the compound's water solubility.
