Overview

TODi-1 is a green fluorescent, cell-impermeant carbocyanine dimeric dye that binds dsDNA, becoming highly fluorescent with minimal background. Ideal for nucleic acid staining on microarrays, nuclear counterstaining, and multicolor labeling, TODi-1 is non-cytotoxic, enabling long-term cell viability monitoring and dead cell detection in culture.
