Overview

PNU159682 is a major active metabolite of nemorubicin (MMDX) in human liver microsomes and is a highly potent DNA topoisomerase II inhibitor with excellent cytotoxicity and shows over 3,000-fold cytotoxicity than MMDX and doxorubicin.
