Overview

Nutlin-3 CAS:548472-68-0 is the most commonly used form of nutlin, an inhibitor of p53-Mdm2 interaction and growth of human tumor xenografts in nude mice, by occupying the binding site of p53 in MDM2, thereby preventing MDM2 from binding to p53, thereby preventing MDM2 from binding to p53.
