Overview

DODAP Lipid (18:1) CAS:127512-29-2 is an ionizable cationic lipid with low cytotoxicity and high transfection efficiency. It appears neutral at physiological pH, but once the pH falls below its pKa (<7), the protonation of the free amine acquires a positive charge in the endosome.
