Overview

AU-15330 is a PROTAC degrader targeting the SWI/SNF ATPase subunits, SMARCA2 and SMARCA4. This compound effectively inhibits tumor growth in prostate cancer xenograft models and enhances the efficacy of the AR antagonist enzalutamide. Additionally, AU-15330 demonstrates the ability to induce remission in models of castration-resistant prostate cancer while maintaining a favorable safety profile.
