1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-PA, Sodium salt is a phospholipid containing the long-chain (16:0) palmitic acid inserted at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions. It is used in the generation of micelles, liposomes, and artificial membranes.
