TO-TAP-3, 5 mM/DMSO far-red fluorescent nucleic acid stain

Overview

TO-TAP-3 is a far-red fluorescent, cell-impermeant dye that selectively binds dsDNA, remaining nonfluorescent until bound. It provides a bright signal with low background, ideal for nucleic acid staining on microarrays, nuclear and chromosome counterstaining, and viability or dead cell detection. Its far-red emission allows seamless multicolor labeling with green and red fluorophores.
