Voruciclib

Overview

Voruciclib is an orally active, selective cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor. It effectively inhibits CDK9, a key regulator of MCL-1 transcription. In various diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) models, Voruciclib suppresses MCL-1 expression.
