DBCO-Val-Cit-PABC-PNP

Overview

DBCO-Val-Cit-PABC-PNP constitutes a cleavable ADC linker which contains a DBCO click chemistry handle, a valine-citrulline (Val-Cit dipeptide, and a para-nitrophenyl (PNP) group. The DBCO conjugates efficiently with azides, and the PNP carbonate acts as a highly activated leaving group, which reacts with amine-bearing payloads. Val-Cit linkers are cleaved by Cathepsin B.
