Overview

NX-5948 is an orally active chimeric targeting molecule that selectively degrades BTK via the cereblon E3 ligase complex. It inhibits B cell activation, reduces tumor growth in xenograft models, and is effective in collagen-induced arthritis, all while crossing the blood-brain barrier.
