Overview

Beta-D-tetraacetylgalactopyranoside-PEG1-N3 is a cleavable 1 unit PEG ADC linker used in the synthesis of ADCs. Beta-D-tetraacetylgalactopyranoside-PEG1-N3 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an azide group and can undergo CuAAc reactions with molecules containing alkyne groups. It can also undergo SPAAC reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
