Fmoc-GGFG-Dxd

Overview

Fmoc-GGFG-Dxd is a hexacyclic chemical compound analogous to camptothecin with a triplet amino acid protected by Fmoc group. It can be used as a payload in ADC research. The amino acid linker is a cleavable linker that may be useful for drug delivery. The Fmoc group can be deprotected under basic conditions to obtain the free amine which can be used for further conjugations.
