Overview

TO-TAP-3 (Thiazole Red Monomer, TO-PRO®-3) is a far-red fluorescent dye that binds to double-stranded DNA (excitation ~642 nm, emission ~661 nm). It is used for DNA staining, cell viability tests, and chromosome analysis.
