Overview

AT6 is a PROTAC AT1 analogue, which is a PROTAC connected by an E3 ligand for von Hippel-Lindau and a ligand for BRD4 with highly selectivity to bromodomain (Brd4). (Pink: BRD4(BD1BD2) ligand ( HY-13030 ); Blue: VHL ligand ( HY-111823 ); Black: linker).
