TX-1918

Overview

TX-1918 is an inhibitor for eukaryotic elongation factor 2 kinase ( eEF2-K ) and Src kinase with IC 50 of 0.44 and 4.4 μM, respectively. TX-1918 exhibits cytotoxicity in cell HepG2 and HCT116, with IC 50 of 2.07 and 230 μM, respectively. TX-1918 inhibits the C-terminal domain of HIV-1 CA ( CA CTD )( IC 50 =3.81 μM), and inhibits the viral replication ( IC 50 =15.16 μM).
