TBDMS-PEG5

Overview

TBDMS-PEG5 is a PEG linker containing a TBDMS alcohol protecting group and a terminal hydroxyl group. TBDMS can be removed in the presence of acetyl chloride. The terminal hydroxyl group can react to further derivatize the compound. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of compounds in aqueous environments.
