Overview

THP-PEG5 is a PEG linker containing a THP protecting group and a terminal hydroxyl group. THP is an acid labile, alcohol protecting group. The terminal hydroxyl group can undergo reactions to further derivatize the compound. The hydrophilic PEG linkers increase the water solubility properties of the compound in aqueous media.
