Risotilide

Overview

Risotilide is an inhibitor of enkephalinase B, which has the ability to inhibit enkephalinase B activity ( IC 50 value is 0.35 microM), and can also effectively inhibit enkephalinase A ( IC 50 = 0.02 microM) and aminopeptidase activity ( IC 50 = 13 microM), and can be regarded as a complete inhibitor of enkephalin biodegradation.
