Overview

LP-403812 is a high affinity proline transporter ( PROT ) inhibitor that produces dose-dependent inhibition of hPROT ( IC 50 =0.11 μM; K i =0.12 μM) and also inhibits the activity of mouse brain synaptosomal mPROT with the same potency ( IC 50 =0.23 μM). LP-403812 can be used to study the function of PROT in the brain.
