Prostaglandin B3

Overview

Prostaglandin B 3 (PGB 3 ) is a member of the class of prostaglandins B and a secondary alcohol. PGB 3 exhibits a rather low affinity to human PPARγ with a K i value greater than 1 mM compared with K i values of 26.28 ± 8.7 μM for PGB 1 and 77 ± 37.7 μM for PGB 2 .
